No. They report from a link you send them, on any phone or computer. No app, no login. Once Voice and text launches, they’ll be able to call or text too.
The web link takes reports any time, day or night. Once Voice and text is live, urgent calls alert your on-call staff and routine ones wait till morning. If someone’s life is at risk, tenants should call 999. For a gas escape, 0800 111 999. Otherwise your own out-of-hours arrangements apply. Tenote isn’t an emergency service.
Yes. You forward the report, with its photos and notes, to whoever you already use. Tenote doesn’t dispatch jobs for you.
No. Every plan includes unlimited properties and reports.
